Within the framework of the “Public Information and Awareness Services for Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo (PIAKOS)” project, the Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI) 
held a workshop with the mayors and representatives of the Local Councils of the Municipality of Ferizaj. 
The workshop aimed to encourage and actively engage the Local Councils also to raise awareness and support for women 
, youth 
, and minority communities 
in addressing property rights issues and ensuring the effective implementation of the law 
. The representatives of the Local Councils emphasized that working with local communities is crucial in tackling discrimination 
and the barriers these groups face in the property registration process. 
The project is implemented by ATRC and KLGI and is funded by the World Bank and the Peace and State-Building Fund.
