The Social Audit Team in the Municipality of Klina carried out a field visit, closely monitoring the progress of projects currently under implementation.

This process follows two initial meetings during which the team received training on the social audit process and analyzed the project contracts and other detailed documentation.

The Social Audit in the Municipality of Klina covers three projects funded by the Municipal Performance Grant, mainly related to infrastructure development. The audit team identified key issues for which recommendations will be provided to the municipality to ensure the projects are more suitable, functional, and serve the citizens of Klina effectively.

Through Social Auditing, transparency and community involvement are strengthened, while the quality of public projects is improved, ensuring that municipal investments genuinely reflect the needs of citizens.

The Social Audit project in municipalities is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA) .
