Area and Population
The municipality of Zvecan is located in northern Kosovo. It covers an area of approximately 122 km² and includes Zvecan town and 35 villages.
According to the Kosovo Population and Housing Census 2020, the total population is 7.290.

The total number of voters in Zvecan municipality registered for the last municipal elections held in October was 6,879 including out of Kosovo voters.
The voter turnout was 84.0 percent/5,775 voters (source: Central Election Commission).
