The Social Audit Team in the Municipality of Suhareka conducted a field visit as part of the Social Audit project, with the aim of monitoring the progress of ongoing municipal projects.
Following the analysis of project contracts, the team of auditors identified several important findings during the visit. This phase is intended to highlight key aspects that can contribute to the enhancement of municipal projects, ensuring they are efficient, functional, and truly serve the needs of citizens.
The identified issues will be presented to the Mayor of the Municipality, with the purpose of exploring the most suitable solutions to address potential challenges and improve project implementation.
