The Executive Director of the Kosovo Local Government Institute – KLGI, Valmir Gashi, held a meeting with the mayor of the Municipality of Prishtina, Përparim Rama
This meeting was in the wake of the coordination meetings of the KLGI Institute and the Municipality of Prishtina, which discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the up-coming years

The Executive Director of the KLGI Institute expressed his willingness to support the Municipality of Prishtina in the process of drafting policies and strategic documents
, increasing the capacities of municipal officials and trainings for new members of the Municipal Assembly

On the other hand, the Mayor of the Capital city expressed his readiness for further cooperation with the KLGI Institute and the involvement of civil society in the process of drafting local policies. This cooperation ensures better quality of local policies and also increases the effectiveness of service delivery to citizens
