Norwegian Ambassador, Jens Erik Grøndahl and Executive Director at KLGI Institute, Valmir Gashi, have reconfirmed cooperation for the next three years for the “Dialogue for European Municipalities (DEM)” program.

The DEM program aims to strengthen local governance through: advancing dialogue and inter-institutional policies; capacity building and promoting good practices; prioritizing and strengthening local government agenda; promoting digitization and innovation; and strengthening regional cooperation.
