VISION

We aspire to an Institute (KLGI) that:

• Serves to consolidate and strengthen of local governance in Kosovo and beyond
• Contributes to increasing the effectiveness of public services
• Be an entity that provides training, consultants and studies to improve local governance in Kosovo.

MISSION

KLGI’s mission is to increase the efficiency of local governance, increase citizen participation in decision-making, support local public policies and functional decentralization at the municipal level.
