The responses of 16 municipal Information 👩‍💼👨‍💼 Offices🏢 report that:

• 📊 6% of them have held consultations at early stages;

• 📊 No municipality, or 0%, has received proposals from external groups;

• 📊6% of them reported that project proposals were returned by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for failing to meet minimum standards;

• 📊 6% of them reported that approval was refused by the Municipal Assembly for failing to meet minimum standards;

• 📊 6% reported decisions on including interested parties in working groups;

• 📊 31.25% have created a database of interest groups;

• 📊 No case, or 0%, was reported of calls being announced to identify interested parties for inclusion in working groups.
