The KLGI Institute continues to address issues concerning women π©β𦳠and people with special needs βΏ in municipalities through thematic groups.
Through the project βCivil Society as a Promoter of Public Contribution,β supported by SMART Balkans π, local organizations and social activists in the Municipality of Podujeva π, through thematic groups, have ensured full inclusion with the participation of directly affected citizens π§βπ€βπ§, professionals π¨ββπ©ββ, and contributors in this field.
Thematic groups, through joint meetings with these social categories, have identified problems β and drafted specific requests that will be addressed to local authorities π’, aiming to include them in local policies π, with a particular focus on the municipal budget for 2025 π°.
The identified issues have gone through an analysis process π, where the extracted data, with professional support, have been integrated with legislation β, strategies, policies, and municipal funding πΌ.
KLGI will continue to monitor the addressing and implementation π, and the achieved results β will be evaluated and promoted as models of engagement π. From the practices developed in the targeted municipalities, there is greater readiness for co-creating policies between municipalities and representative groups π.
