Second meeting on the Social Audit process in Gllogoc

In the Municipality of Drenas🏛, following the completion of the training on the Social Audit process, broad citizen involvement 🗣has been secured through a public call, enabling community engagement in the process.

The Social Audit Group 👥️, led by the organisation CEDE, has begun its analysis after obtaining the contracts, using the methodology of website research and requests for access to public documents as a means of assessing the municipality’s level of transparency.

The contracts and project drawings 🖇 for the “Fehmi and Xhevë Lladrovci” square have been taken as the initial documentation for analysis 📝. This process involved citizens, interest groups and a specific assessment for vulnerable groups, in order to identify the project’s sensitivity to and impact on these groups.

Following this assessment, the audit group will go into the field to inspect 👀 the works and compare their compliance with the details of the contracts. This process will provide accurate findings 💼.and recommendations for the Municipality of Drenas, based on transparency and citizen involvement.
