KLGI Executive Director Besnik Tahiri, as part of his engagement with NDI, visited the Al-Hayat Center in Amman, Jordan

In their joint engagements, KLGI and the Al-Hayat Center addressed aspects of strategic planning, on which occasion Mr Tahiri offered recommendations and advice on strategic planning and decentralisation processes in Jordan.

Based on the cooperation agreement between KLGI and the Al Hayat Center, the first steps have been taken for the LGA programme implemented by the KLGI Institute to extend its implementation to Jordan as well.

During this mission, Mr Tahiri held a series of visits and meetings, including with the representative of the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Alkhawaldeh, with whom he discussed the decentralisation agenda in Jordan.
