Within the project “Property Rights Initiative (PRI)” 🏠, the Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI) held a workshop for officials of the Municipality of Suhareka to discuss the implementation of the legal framework on property rights.
The aim of the meeting was to raise awareness of the importance of implementing the legal framework on property rights 📜 and to discuss the challenges and opportunities offered by legislation in this field ⚖. The discussion concluded that improvements are essential in the assistance provided to citizens 👥 in property registration and identification processes, especially for women 👩, young people 👦 and minorities 🌍, while also strengthening inter-institutional cooperation 🤝.
The project is implemented by ATRC and KLGI and funded by the World Bank 🌍 and the State and Peacebuilding Fund 🌱.
