LGA held its second training module

Within the “Local Governance Academy – LGA” programme, the Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI) held its second training module, which addressed and discussed key topics such as: Local Finance 📊, Local Economic Development 📈 and Partnerships 🤝.

This module served as an opportunity to reflect on the path to follow for sustainable local economic development 🌱. The training focused on strengthening municipalities’ capacities for the effective management of local finances, as well as on developing strategies that enable economic growth and improved living conditions for citizens 🏙. The importance of partnerships in tackling common challenges and achieving development goals was also discussed, creating opportunities for investments and projects that increase local sustainability and prosperity 💡.

The participants engaged in constructive discussions and are ready to apply the knowledge gained to improving services for citizens 🌟.
