Another ambassador has decided to get involved in Kosovo's affairs.
But for this purpose the Norwegian, Per Strand Sjaastad, has opened his residence, where he has invited the mayors of all municipalities. He will talk with them about good local governance.
He believes his Swiss colleague, Jean-Hubert Lebet, had the same aim when he criticised the government and the municipalities for misusing the budget.
