Second meeting to analyse project contracts and documents in Kaçanik

In the Municipality of Kaçanik, the Social Audit Group 👥, in coordination with its local partner, the environmental protection organisation “GJETHI” 🌿, held its second meeting to analyse the contracts and documents of the projects under social audit: i. External insulation and implementation of efficiency measures at the “Nazmi Osmani” Lower Secondary School – Elezaj; ii. Redesign of the City Park space opposite the City Fortress. 🌳

The meeting was an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between different groups 🤝 and to ensure transparency and efficiency in the implementation of these projects.

During the analysis of the documents of the project “External insulation and implementation of efficiency measures at the ‘Nazmi Osmani’ Lower Secondary School – Elezaj”, it was stressed that the key aim is to improve learning conditions 📚 and reduce energy costs ⚡, contributing to a healthier environment for pupils and school staff.

Meanwhile, according to the Social Audit Group, the project “Redesign of the City Park space opposite the City Fortress” 🎡 should aim to offer a more attractive and functional space for residents, improving quality of life 🌟 and promoting social and cultural activities.

This Social Audit process aims to engage the community 🗣️ and ensure that its voice is heard, improving resource management and environmental protection 🌍. The discussions were fruitful and contributed to identifying the challenges and opportunities for advancing these initiatives.
