The KLGI Institute, 🏠in coordination with its local partner, Initiative for Development – Anamorava, held a training for the Social Audit Group in the Municipality of Viti.🏛
The Social Audit covers projects funded by the Performance Grant📁 and aims to strengthen citizen–municipality cooperation. The focus of the training is to increase citizens’ information and knowledge about the project cycle, starting from consultation, planning, procurement, implementation and monitoring of projects📊
The Social Audit group includes🖇 representatives of Local Councils, business representatives, members of civil society and activists. The aim is to ensure diverse inclusion of users and shared perspectives, in particular an assessment that is sensitive to social groups✅️.
🤝The Social Audit project is being carried out with the support of the Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA).
