The aim of the workshop was to discuss and present the Draft Law on Regional Development and to incorporate the comments in the completion of this document.
During the discussion, youngsters assessed that transparency and accountability at the local level should be further strengthened, so that young people have easier access to opportunities for the development of their activities and professional development.
The workshop aimed to analyze / address the progress and challenges that municipalities and MLGA are facing in the implementation of the IPA II program as well as strategic orientations and future planning / programming of IPA III 2021-2027.
Qëllimi i punëtorisë ishte diskutimi i rishikimit të planit të veprimit dhe monitorimin e Strategjisë për Zhvillim Ekonomik Lokal 2022-2023. Ky dokument trajton aspektet e zhvillimit ekonomik lokal të orientuara në drejtim të partneritetit me të gjitha palët e interesit me qëllim të rritjes së punësimit, uljes së nivelit të varfërisë dhe rritjes së cilësisë së jetesës.
Punëtoria kishte për qëllim diskutimin dhe prezantimin e draftit të Projektligjit për Zhvillim Rajonal dhe inkorporimin e komenteve në kompletimin e këtij dokumenti.
Gjatë diskutimit, të rinjtë vlerësuan se duhet të forcohet edhe më tej transparenca dhe llogaridhënia në nivel lokal, në mënyrë që të rinjtë të kenë me lehtë t’iu qasen mundësive për zhvillimin e aktiviteteve të tyre dhe ngritjen profesionale.
Punëtoria kishte për qëllim të analizojë/trajtojë, progresin dhe sfidat me të cilat po ballafaqohen komunat dhe MAPL në zbatimin e programit IPA II si dhe orientimet strategjike dhe planifikimi i ardhshëm/programimi i IPA III 2021-2027.
Punëtoria e cila u mbajt në Mitrovicën e Veriut, kishte për qëllim diskutimin dhe adresimin e problemeve dhe sfidave me të cilat ballafaqohen komunitetet në nivel lokal.
