Punëtoria ka për qëllim të analizojë/trajtojë, dykuptimësitë dhe kolizionin ligjor të identifikuar nga procesi i zbatimit në komuna, me qëllim të adresimit në procesin e amandamentimit/hartimit të Ligjit për Vetëqeverisje Lokale.
The workshop aims to analyze / address the ambiguities and legal collisions identified by the implementation process in municipalities, in order to address the process of amending / drafting the Law on Local Self-Government.
The Minister of Regional Development, Fikrim Damka, thanked the KGLI Institute for the support given to this department in drafting documents for regional development.
During the meeting, was discussed the importance of this law for the elimination of challenges, problems and setbacks in the field of regional development, which should be addressed in the document in order to approximate the EU regional development policies.
Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI) in partnership with the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) organized the last two-day workshop of the program "Youth Academy for Local Government" on "Political Analysis and Public Communication".
In the workshop organized by the KLGI Institute it was discussed about the challenges, problems and setbacks in the field of regional development, to be addressed in the document in order to approximate EU regional development policies.
Ministri i Zhvillimit Rajonal, Fikrim Damka, falënderoi Institutin KGLI për përkrahjen dhe mbështetjen e dhënë këtij dikasteri në hartimin e dokumenteve për zhvillim rajonal.
Gjatë takimit u theksua rëndësia e këtij ligji për eliminimin e sfidave, problemeve dhe ngecjeve në fushën e zhvillimit rajonal, për t’u adresuar në dokument me qëllim të përafrimit të politikave të zhvillimit rajonal të BE-së.
Instituti Kosovar për Qeverisje Lokale (KLGI) në partneritet me Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) organizuan punëtorinë e fundit dyditore të programit “Akademia e të Rinjve për Qeverisje Lokale” me temën “Analiza Politike dhe Komunikimi Publik”.
Në punëtorinë e organizuar nga Instituti KLGI u diskutua për sfidat, problemet dhe ngecjet në fushën e zhvillimit rajonal, për t’u adresuar në dokument me qëllim të përafrimit të politikave të zhvillimit rajonal të BE-së.
